Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Full Throttle

Once the program begins, refunds will not be issued unless special circumstances are discussed and approved by both the family and Frostletics.

Full Throttle 2025

Please request a refund before the season begins on or before April 6th 2025.

GKHL CUSTOM

After season start: No refunds, except for documented medical reasons or relocation

GKHL jr.

Registration fees are non-refundable once the season begins. Refunds prior to the first session will be issued minus a non-refundable administrative fee. No refunds will be given for missed practices, games, or early withdrawal.

GKHL Prospects

Full refunds are available before the registration deadline. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. No refunds will be given once the season begins unless decided upon by Frostletics
